All licenses granted under the Agreement will immediately expire upon termination or expiration, and you must stop using and gaining access to the Educational Services and the System immediately upon such termination or expiration. Everything in this agreement that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property ownership.
